Onboarding is quick and straightforward. We’ll begin by setting up your company in Tesorio, with our support team guiding you through the integration process. Even before your data starts flowing, you can begin configuring your company settings. Once all your data is in place, you’ll be ready to complete the setup and allow your employees to create their templates, dashboards, and workspaces. Your dedicated customer success manager will arrange working sessions to ensure you’re maximizing Tesorio’s capabilities for your collections process.

Integration
During the initial data import Tesorio brings in all your open invoices, customers with open balances and their contacts. With this data you can start using the product and collecting right away!
Customer payments and credit memos are not included in the initial data import.
Once the initial data is imported, the historical data import begins. Tesorio pulls in data going back 24 months including unapplied and applied customer payments, paid invoices, customers without open balances and all their notes and messages.
The historical data import may take a few extra days based on your data volume.
Configuration
Once your company is created in Tesorio, you can start configuring! There are some configurations you need all your data to complete, but many things you can get started on before the data arrives! Check out our Admin Configuration collection for more details. Once your data arrives, you can finish configuration. If you need assistance, your Customer Success Manager will be able to help you with any questions.
30-Day Time to Value
Once your main configuration is complete, the focus will shift to optimizing your processes with Tesorio’s automation tools. Your Customer Success Manager will schedule working sessions with your team to facilitate this optimization. Together, you'll enhance your templates and dunning campaigns, as well as set up workspaces and dashboards to ensure you can easily access the information that matters most to you.

The onboarding timeline varies based on the amount of data to be imported and any SOC/Security requirements that your team may have
Most partners complete the onboarding process within 2-4 weeks. Additional Q&A and working sessions can be scheduled upon request
The onboarding timeline may change depending on the complexity of your business, your existing business needs, and your availability
Tesorio offers additional services outside of our standard onboarding process. A sandbox environment, Single Sign-On, and Whitelisting may extend the estimated timeline.
