Reauthenticate Tesorio Email

The steps to reauthenticate accounts that have migrated to Tesorio's upgraded email system.

Your company was successfully migrated to our new enhanced email system! The next step is for you to reauthenticate your email. Be sure to connect team and individual employee emails if needed.

Gmail users cannot complete these steps until their Google Administrator/IT Team sets API Permissions for your company's Google Workspace.

Additionally, if your organization uses Identity and Access Management software, you may have an additional layer of authentication. Please reach out to your IT team or migrationsupport@tesorio.com if you have any questions.

Connect an Individual Employee Email

Navigate to your Profile by clicking the person icon on the top right of Tesorio.

Select Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook to authenticate with your email provider.

You will be prompted to authenticate your email address with Outlook or Gmail.

Connect a Team Email Account

Navigate to Administration > Company > Company Email Settings to connect your team account. Enter your team email address, and click Connect.

When you click Connect, the system may recognize whether the email is Gmail or Microsoft Outlook and prompt you to authenticate. If not, select the appropriate email provider and follow the prompts.
