Your statement settings determine the global identifying information on your statement templates. These can be set by subsidiary/entity by navigating to Administration > Subsidiaries and selecting Statement Settings for the active subsidiary you want to configure.
Once in your Statement Settings, you can configure:
How you want your company name to appear on statements
The font on the statement
The memo you want on your statements (this can be shut off in statement templates)
The logo you want to appear on statements and in emails
The copy button next to the logo copies the logo URL for use in email correspondence by copying the logo URL into the Image URL field in your emails and templates.
Additionally, if you have a subsidiary already configured, you can easily copy those settings using the Quick copy function.
