Features
Payment Portal
We're excited to announce new enhancements to the Payment Portal designed to make payment management easier for your team and customers.
Invoice-Level Contact Registration
Contacts listed at the invoice level can now register/create accounts for the Payment Portal, unlocking powerful features such as:Make ACH payments (if configured as an option)
Create Inquiries
Add Promise to Pay Date
Download Statements
Enable AutoPay
Access the portal without a tokenized payment link
Save payment methods
Previously, only contacts set at the customer level could create registered accounts, limiting access to these valuable features.
Contacts can switch between customer portals
Contacts that exist in multiple customer or invoice records now have a convenient "Customer Picker" drop-down in the Payment Portal to switch between customers and their invoices.
Users must have the appropriate tag associated with their contact in order to have access to this and they can only do this if they’ve created an account.

Enhancements
Workspaces
A performance improvement has been applied to the “Show only oldest open invoice for a customer” filter in related workspaces, and Campaigns. This filter will now work faster, and has been validated to ensure it’s pulling the correct data.
Payment Portal
Download Attachments
Payment Portal users can now download additional file attachments beyond their statements. Admins can enable this functionality by navigating to Administration > Subsidiaries > Portal Settings > Portal Access.
For more information review information on attachment tags in the Help Center.
Deactivate Portal Users
Previously, customers could only enable contacts for Payment Portal access. Now, they can also deactivate Registered User profiles, effectively removing access to saved payment methods, auto-pay settings, and more. This update empowers Tesorio customers with greater self-service capabilities to manage who can pay and how payments are processed via the portal.
Updated Reporting
Reports generated within the Payment Portal now include a column displaying invoice amounts in both the native currency and their USD equivalent. Similarly, reports generated within the Campaign Email Approval screen now feature a column showing invoice amounts converted to USD.
Email Enhancements
The PO Number is now included as a column in the Invoices table email variable, making it easier to reference and share purchase order details.
Bugs
Workspaces
Resolved an issue where the "Scheduled Payment Date" value in the Bills workspace required a page refresh to update properly.
Fixed an issue affecting Intacct customers where duplicate payment lines were created, inflating amounts for specific customer records.
Addressed a bug where PO Numbers were not displaying as a column in the Customer workspaces. This was particularly noticeable when viewing nested invoice rows for a specific customer record.
Integrations
Resolved an issue with Flat File imports where transactions lacking an “applied date” were bypassing validation and being incorrectly created in the system. These transactions will now be caught by validation, and users will be notified of the skipped imports via the file log.
Cash Management
Fixed an issue in Cash Management where bank account balances were not correctly incorporating actuals for the current period as it transitioned from forecasted values to actuals. The system now properly updates balances to reflect the current period.
Statement Templates
Removed the 25-template display limit for statement templates. Users can now view more than 25 templates without restrictions.
Resolved an issue where formatted HTML was being saved or processed incorrectly if a user manipulated the pre-formatted copy within a template while reviewing an email requiring approval.
