Step 1: Login (https://supplier.coupahost.com)
Step 2: Click on “Setup” in the navigation bar
This should take you to the user list within Coupa if you have administrative privileges.
Step 3: Click “Invite User”
Once on the user list page, click on “Invite User” which will pop up a form to enter information
Step 4: Fill out the form
First Name: Tesorio
Last Name: Coupa Integration
Email: For the email address you can use an email alias or an existing integrations email address your organization is already using. Ensure that you have access to this email account and can receive and view emails.
format: tesorio-coupa-integration+{youremail}@{yourcompanydomain}.com
Select all of the permissions besides “Admin”
Step 5: Customers
Under Customers, click to provide access to ‘All’
Step 6: Click “Send Invitation”
At the very bottom of the form, there will be a “Send Invitation” button
Step 7: Enable Multi-Factor Authentication and Copy Security Key for Tesorio's Integration
Log in to your Coupa account with the new Tesorio user
Navigate to Account Settings > Security and Multi-Factor Authentication.
Click on Via Authenticator App
Tesorio needs the Security Key below the QR code, but an admin in your organization should also set-up an Authenticator App to be able to login with the Tesorio user
Copy the code displayed below the QR code
6. Paste it into Tesorio and Save.
