Enhancements

As-Of Reporting Enabled for All Customers

All customers now have access to Tesorio's as-of reporting, available in the Invoices workspace. This feature allows you to compare current AR against past AR to better understand progress. For more details about this capability, see our article on "As-Of Reporting" in the Help Center.

Archive Email Messages in Bulk in the Inbox

You can now archive multiple items at once in Tesorio's Inbox, including a "Select All" option, streamlining your workflow and helping to manage large volumes of email more efficiently.

AR Aging Widget Data Key Obscured on Hover

Resolved an issue where the data key that appears on hover of the chart was obscured when users had more than 6 aging buckets.

Workspaces

Incomplete Application of Aging Bucket Changes in Drawers

Fixed an issue where aging bucket changing applied globally weren't being reflected in invoice and customer drawer views.

Resolved Chronological Email Ordering

Fixed email sorting issues on customer record pages, ensuring emails now display in the correct chronological order for better communication tracking.

Campaigns

Duplicate Email Prevention

Updated campaign logic to avoid duplicate email being created during campaign processing.

Cash Application

Duplicate Payment Prevention

Eliminated an issue where invoices were being applied twice to lockbox payments.

Action Center

Export Data Accuracy

Fixed an issue where downloaded Task Workspace reports had blank customer columns that didn't match the workspace view.

Settings & Configuration

Aging Bucket Configuration Improvements

Introduced improvements to the aging bucket configurator in Company settings to make it more clear how to add and remove buckets (up to 8).

Updates to Customer Filter on Statement Templates

Fixed an issue on the Customer filter in Statement Templates for both "Payments - Fully Applied" and "Payments - Partially/Unapplied" sections. Statements now accurately include payments only for the selected customers when filters are applied.

Integrations

Customer Status Management (Intacct)

Fixed an issue where the Intacct integration wasn't properly setting the "active" status on customer records.
