Sync Stripe ID to NetSuite, Payment Portal
NetSuite users can now sync a Stripe ID to NetSuite for payments made through the Tesorio Payment Portal. This feature, available under Cash Application settings, ensures seamless payment tracking by linking Stripe payment information to NetSuite customer records.
This setting is available for customers who take payments via the Tesorio Payment Portal, as their data automatically syncs with NetSuite. To enable this feature, users must input the appropriate database key name (e.g., cust_stripe_id) found in NetSuite.
Additionally, the Stripe ID is now accessible within the Customer Payments workspace, providing users with a comprehensive view of payment details. This update streamlines payment reconciliation and enhances visibility into transaction data within NetSuite.

Configurable Tesorio Delivery Option as Fallback
Tesorio has updated our Campaign logic to make the Tesorio Delivery Option (TDO) configurable. Previously unavailable for user customization, TDO ensures emails are processed during unexpected disconnections (e.g., network outages) with the connected email source. Users can now choose to disable this feature, meaning that queued emails will not be sent in the event of an outage. These emails will automatically be marked as failed so the User can identify these and evaluate whether re-sending is needed.
Workspace Updates
Invoice Tax filter and workspace column
A new Tax Amount filter has been added to the Invoices Workspace, allowing you to easily filter invoices based on whether they include tax (or not).
Email Activity Stage filter now includes a "has emails" option. This references records with a linked email thread, regardless of whether it's campaign or manual email.
Oldest Open Invoice is now available as a column within the Customer workspace. This displays the Invoice # and is also available when downloading/exporting the workspace.
Global Nav Bar - Command + K
Users now have access to a hot-key accessible navigation search by using Command + K
. This can be used to quickly move through the application, or access the Help Center.
β Note: The Help Center can still be accessed using the Search icon in the upper right of the application. Clicking this will simply open the command line also now accessible via the hot-key path.
New Global Permission
The global permission set has been updated to include the control over the creation and editing of workspaces.
Campaigns leveraging a custom field have been updated to allow users to select days "before". This has historically only allowed users to select "after" when configuring the pivot date.

Integration Issues
Workday Integration:
Fixed Salesforce Contacts not updating correctly in Workday integration
Improved display of note editing limitations for Workday (edits in Tesorio won't sync back to ERP, this is a limitation of Workday).
Support for classification of Payments data, particularly the handling of unique identifier mapping for manually input payment reference fields
Resolved issues with importing unapplied payments, especially for payments older than 2 years
An issue was manually resolved where a Customer balance reflected an open invoice amount, but the Invoice was not in the system. For Workday customers, if note fields are being imported, they can not be empty otherwise the associated Invoice will not import correctly.

Fixed notes imported into NetSuite from Tesorio not displaying correctly
Resolved incorrect Customer balances for Intacct customers (worked with Intacct's team on upstream issues with their API)
Corrected issues causing previously applied payments to be unlinked from associated Invoices
Email & Communication
Security: Fixed a security issue allowing Users with View-only access to create Notes or compose Manual emails
Attachments: Improved handling of email attachment/image downloads, adding retry logic when hitting provider rate limits. Please note, in some situations it may be necessary to try again later if large volumes of email activity are present.
Email Delivery: Re-queued emails that failed to send due to initial error states
Campaign Templates: Fixed sender email variables not presenting correctly when editing campaign emails from the "queued" view
