New Features

Cash Management Permissions

There are now additional permission options for Cash Management, which allows administrators to control who has View or Manage access to the Transactions workspace, the Categories list for bank transactions, and the Category Rules automation page.

Please review this Help Center article for more information about Cash Management permissions.

Enhancements

“Groups” are now called “Permissions.”

The “Groups” page was renamed to “Permissions" but the functionality remains the same. This is where Admins create Permission Groups (formerly User Groups) to grant levels of access to Tesorio users within their company.

Link Directly to ERP Record

We’ve updated Invoice workspaces to support an ERP ID field. This field can be exposed as a column and will contain a hyperlink to the ERP record. All ERPs are supported, and the hyperlink will be available with downloads.

Authenticate Slack from Tesorio

Users can now natively authenticate their User/Slack credentials from Tesorio. Previously, this was completed by initiating a Slack function and going through an authentication flow.

Archive Drafted Payments

Incomplete drafted payments can now be archived.

Contact Settings available for all integrations

Contact settings are now available within the Company Settings for all Tesorio integrations. Before this, they were only available for NetSuite and Workday customers.

Automatic email deletion is now configurable

Users with access to the administrator page can now control the number of days an email can sit in a resolve queue without automatically being deleted within a one- to thirty-day range. For emails approaching the 30-day cutoff, a warning will be displayed on the queued email to highlight the incoming deletion.

Bugs

  • Users accessing the Company settings can now delete connected team email accounts.

  • Resolved a bug that was causing the save function to break when adding new tasks to an action-based campaign

  • The “Payments” sub-tab within the Vendor Details workspace now expands to show sub-payments when clicked.

  • Single payments applied to multiple invoices with different currencies are now only counted as a single payment instead of multiple in the Payments workspace data aggregator.

  • The "Roll Up to Family Level" toggle now correctly calculates all linked children's open invoice balances.

  • A maximum of 100 invoices can be attached to a collections email via the template variable {{aging_invoices_table}}. A warning will be displayed for users who exceed this limit with an alternative variable section.

  • A bug impacting the ability to reply to email threads containing multiple contacts, some not associated with the linked Customer or Invoice record, has been resolved.

  • In the Customer Details page workspace, users can now scroll through multiple pages of invoice sub-records.
