Tesorio Integration with Slack
Tesorio's new Slack integration provides a more seamless collaboration experience across your business. Users can share invoice or customer records directly from Tesorio with non-users and capture Slack comments back in Tesorio. Users can also pull invoice and customer data directly from Slack using quick commands, eliminating the need to jump between systems to get time-sensitive information.

"As-Of" Reporting to Understand Invoice Changes
Compare the state of current invoices against any date in the past with our new "as-of-date" feature. Available in the Invoices workspace, the "as-of-view" highlights historical data and can be saved as part of that workspace. As-of workspaces can also be downloaded and scheduled for export.
Try it yourself by toggling on the "as-of" switch at the top of the Invoices workspace, or visit our Help Center and review the "As-Of Date" article.
Enhancements
Improved Performance for AI-Recommended Promise-to-Pay Dates
Tesorio customers who use payment promises as part of their collection strategy
have greater confidence in their forecast goals. To this end, we continue to improve our promise date recommendations, which are extracted from your customer emails by Tesorio's AI. With this latest release, users will see fewer recommendations but increased quality and accuracy overall.

Other notable Enhancements
Add Your Custom Fields to the Customer Record—Users can now choose which custom fields they would like to include on the Customer record page. All custom fields are included in the workspace Drawer.
Downloaded invoices now include the invoice number in the filename instead of the Invoice ID.
Blocklist improvements—customers, email contacts, and invoice tags are now more visible, and invoice tags have been added to the blocklist for campaign emails. Indicators will now be shown next to fields in the UI and displayed via hover functionality.
Automatic contact creation update—Administrators now have the option to disable the automatic creation of a formal contact record when detecting an unknown address. This option is located on the company settings page within Contacts.
Task Functionality has been added for Credit Memos. The "Activity" tab has been added as a tab within the Credit Memo drawer, and an "Activity" column is now available for the workspace. Tasks can be linked to any Credit Memo, and Users can filter within the workspace on the latest activity.
"@-mention" support for Tasks: The ability to tag users via @ mention is now available for Credit Memo records.
"To-do" checklist boxes for Tasks: Users can now utilize "To-do" checkbox list options when composing tasks.
"Latest Note Date" is now a filter for the Credit Memo, Customer Payments, Unposted Payments, and Vendor Payments workspaces.
A Credit Memo reference has been added to the Invoice Info section of the record drawer. If clicked, the user will be navigated to a workspace containing those specific invoices. When viewing a particular invoice, users can now easily understand if a Customer has credit memos assessed to their profile.
"Invoice" is now available as a column option for the Credit Memo workspace. If multiple Invoice #'s exist and that workspace is exported, they will be comma-separated.
The ability to add/remove Followers to Tasks has been added to the Action Center.
Users can now compose/send emails from the Customer Details page. This is available as a tab above the Customer Details workspace.
Bugs
Unexpected errors experienced when creating customer tags have been resolved.
The option to schedule a download has been removed from the Customer Details workspace; currently, this functionality is only available for Invoice and Customer workspaces.
The keyword search for the Customer workspace has been fixed in response to intermittent performance issues.
An issue that was causing error messages to display twice has been resolved.
