Tesorio's integration with Slack will allow Users to leverage data and collaborate more seamlessly. Users in Slack can utilize quick commands to pull up specific data records, while in Tesorio, users can proactively share data to any authenticated channel or user within a connected company Slack workspace.
This Integration includes the following features:
Slack users can query Tesorio from Slack and receive critical information about Customers or Invoice records
Slack users can also collaborate with Tesorio users by posting a message to Tesorio directly from Slack
Tesorio users can initiate conversations with the Invoice or Customer info block to users in Slack.

The Slack user can use the Reply to Tesorio option to record a note for the associated record in Tesorio, allowing users to collaborate about customers and invoices.

Slack users need to have a Tesorio account to pull data from Tesorio using the
/tesorio invoice INV-12345commandTesorio users can send invoice or customer data to non-Tesorio users or channels operating in Slack.
Key note: Channels must have had the Tesorio app added by an authenticated Tesorio user to display as a destination option.

Pulling Tesorio data in Slack
Information can be extracted for Invoice or Customer records in Slack using these Tesorio commands:
/tesorio invoice inv123
/tesorio customer Sun Microsystems
If a User doesn't type the customer's whole name or invoice number, Tesorio will match based on the values populated and pull the first match.
Adding a note using "Reply to Tesorio"
Step 1
Type a message and Save:
The message will appear in the Notes section of this customer record in Tesorio:
Sending Invoice or Customer information to Slack
Step 1
Nested in the upper right of an Invoice or Customer drawer, there is now a "Share to Slack" option.
Step 2
Clicking this will open a small drop-down from which a User can select a Slack user or channel to send the informational block. Please note that only channels with the Tesorio App added will be displayed as an option. Learn more about adding the Tesorio App to a Slack channel here.
Step 3
Any messages shared via this method will automatically include an informational summary of the associated invoice or customer record.
In addition to the informational summary and included message, the Slack user receiving this message will also be able to leverage the "Reply to Tesorio" functionality and add a note to this record if they have a valid Tesorio account.
