Select Team Member Email Addresses
When adding recipients to an email, you can now select existing team members from the dropdown.
Drop Images into Notes
Users can now drag and drop images into the body of a note.
Additional Campaign Option Fields
The following fields have been added as options for Campaign steps:
Company prediction pay date
Latest payment transaction date
Latest credit application date
Latest note date
Latest email date
Latest tag date
Latest task date
Additionally, there are two new filters in the Invoices workspace:
Latest Payment Transaction Date
Latest Credit Memo Application Date
Copy Email Addresses
Users can now access a “copy” button to automatically copy a contact email address. This will only appear when hovering over the desired contact.
Enhancements
Template Formatting
You can now change the text and text background color in the Tesorio email editor and template builder. To account for these new options, the Indent/Outdent options are now under the alignment dropdown.
Configure Email Queue Auto-Delete Time
For emails requiring resolution or approval, users can now configure the days it takes for an unresolved email to be considered “stale” and auto-delete itself. There is a 1-30 day range. This is configured in Company Email settings.
Navigate through Widget Items
"Previous” and “Next” buttons have been brought to the Dashboard drawer. This allows Users to navigate from record to record more efficiently when viewing from a Dashboard widget. Tasks are not supported.
Intacct Custom Field Contacts
Tesorio now supports invoice and customer custom field contacts for Sage Intacct.
Bugs
The formatting of the {{aging.invoice_table}} email variable has been fixed
Tesorio Connect Integration: Corrected an issue where invoice tags were being removed with the import of new files
NetSuite Only: An issue was corrected that was not allowing certain payments to sync if tagged as “intercompany.”
