Bounced Contacts

Tesorio flags contacts with hard bounces, which are permanent delivery failures (e.g., invalid email addresses). Unlike soft bounces, which are temporary, hard bounces will not be retried to protect your sender reputation. To manage bounced contacts, filter for them in the Invoices or Customers Workspace, review the details in the Contacts tab, and update the invalid email address. Once updated, the bounce flag is reset. Tesorio also shares hard bounce data across the platform to help prevent future errors and maintain a clean sending reputation.

Enhancements

Tags Descriptions

To help users outside the Collections group better understand the meaning of each tag, we've enhanced the user experience by displaying a tag description when hovering over the tag. This works anywhere the tag is present whether it’s the workspace or the drawer.

Workspaces

Scheduled Downloads

Previously, scheduled Workspace downloads would have a file name that reflected the date and time of the download, but not the specific Workspace name, which could cause difficulty in being able to quickly identify files. With this release, the scheduled downloads now contain the file name for easier identification.

Search Workspaces

Users can now search by Workspace name by clicking on the Workspace dropdown and typing the name of the Workspace. This allows for easier searching when organizations have large quantities of Workspaces. This is currently available for Invoices, Payments, Customers, and Credit Memos Workspaces, not Dashboard or Action Center.

Bugs

Balances

  • Resolved a problem where total customer/invoice balances weren’t aggregating correctly when the “Family” toggle was applied

  • Fixed a bug where invoices in the Payment Portal displayed a partial balance due to payment adjustments in the ERP not reflecting in the Payment Portal data

Templates

  • Updated email templates to ensure edits are visible without requiring a page refresh

  • Improved handling of customer variables in email templates to ensure hyperlinks display correctly

  • Updated the “aging.summary_table” template variable to prevent it from displaying in code format

  • Corrected an issue where adding customer promise to pay date would unintentionally add extra columns to statement templates

Payment Portal

  • Eliminated the problem that allowed the “Pay Now” button in the Payment Portal to remain active when the underlying Stripe account was disconnected.

  • Fixed a bug causing some date picker options to appear blank when selecting a date range in the Payment Portal.

Other

  • Repaired an issue in the Vendor workspace where users were forced to refresh the page to see newly added Assignees.

  • Resolved a configuration issue that misused a customer’s custom invoice field for triggering campaign emails when invoices were grouped.
