Payments made through Tesorio's payment portal are made using Stripe. A Stripe ID helps link a payment to a specific customer and transaction, providing a clear, organized view of payment histories and ensuring better data accuracy and reconciliation. Stripe IDs can be found on the Customer Payments Workspace in Tesorio by filtering by or adding the Stripe ID column.

NetSuite users can sync the Stripe ID back to NetSuite for payments made through the Tesorio Payment Portal ensuring seamless tracking of payments by linking Stripe payment information to NetSuite records.

To enable this feature, navigate to Administration > Company > Cash Application Settings. Toggle on "Push Stripe ID to NetSuite" and enter the Stripe ID field from NetSuite that you want Tesorio to sync back to.

Users must input the database key name exactly as found in NetSuite, when turning on this feature (e.g. custbody_stripe_id)
