Overview
Tesorio's AI-based smart reply feature creates an in-context replies to customer emails while retaining a personal touch, since they're based off your writing style from previous messages.
Once a reply is generated, you can quickly adjust length and phrasing using one-touch edits such as "more simple" or "more formal".
The AI smart reply is available when replying to customer emails in the Invoice or Customer workspaces, as well as in the Inbox.
Getting to AI Smart Reply
The AI smart reply option appears at the bottom left of the email composer after clicking Reply or Reply All. Select "AI reply" to generate the AI response.
One-Touch Response Editing
The response generated by the AI smart reply is based on previous emails in the thread, which provides context as well as personalized style based on your previous messages.
If the response needs nudging, you can use the "Make More Short" and "Make More Formal" options to further refine the reply. You can also directly edit the reply in the message field. If you choose to write your own message instead, select "Clear Response" to clear the field.
Customizing a Response
The "Custom" edit option lets you create your own reply prompt to dial in the tone, content, or presentation. Note that the paper airplane icon generates the custom reply -- it does not send the email.
Sending the Reply
When you're satisfied with your AI-based message, simply send your response as your normally do using the Reply button.
