Email Summaries and Smart Replies
All emails with at least one customer reply have a summary available so you can stay on top of the situation without scrolling through message threads.
When responding to customer email, use the AI smart reply feature to quickly generate in-context, personalized replies.

Invoice Issue Detection and Payment Promise Capture
Our "Recommendations" AI scans incoming customer email to identify and alert you of possible invoice issues and payment dates provided by customers. You can then accept or reject recommended next steps, such as adding the promise date to the record or applying an appropriate tag for issue tracking. Text-Based Workspace Generator
When creating a new workspace, use the AI Generated Workspace feature to describe the information you want included and which filters should be applied. Note that note all filters are supported -- see full details in our article on AI Generated Workspaces.
An Optimized View for All Your AI Tools
The Overview tab in the Invoice drawer brings many of these AI features together in a single view to accelerate next steps. While every user can see the Overview tab, only those using the AI feature above will get the most from this view.
