Overview
Tesorio's AI-generated recommended actions work on the Users' behalf to help automate their workflow. Currently available for Invoice records, recommended actions will surface essential action items that can be accepted/rejected with minimal searching or manual work required. As Tesorio collects data and learns about potential use cases, new recommended actions will be developed.
Recommended Actions
Customer Promise to Pay Date (P2P)
Tesorio's AI analyzes incoming emails to identify customer promise dates. This includes updates to existing promise dates already in Tesorio.
When a likely promise date is detected, Tesorio will display it in the Invoice drawer (Overview, Info tabs) as well as on the Dashboard in a custom widget.
Users can accept or reject the extracted date. Accepting will update the promised date across the application.
Invoice Issues
Tesorio's AI parses email threads and identifies potential invoice issues, including wrong billing contact, wrong billing address, wrong amount, and invoice not received.
When an invoice issue is detected, Tesorio links to the related invoice and recommends an appropriate tag for tracking. This recommendation appears in the invoice drawer as well as on the Dashboard in a customer widget.
Users can accept or reject the suggested tag, choose an alternate tag, or resolve the issue on the fly to avoid payment delays.
Add a Dashboard Widget
To optimize visibility of AI-detected promise dates and invoice issues, add a customized "Data Overview" widget to your Dashboard. You can act on recommended actions directly from the dashboard or go to a dedicated workspace.
Follow these steps to add a Recommended Actions widget to your dashboard:
On the Dashboard, click on the Add Widget button
2. Find the "Data Overview" widget and click Add to Dashboard
3. In the Settings sidebar, change the widget name to something meaningful to you. Under "Type", select Recommended Actions. Then, choose your recommendation type (promise dates or invoice issues). For "Data Format", you have two options -- aggregate or table. The aggregate option will simply show a count of promise to pays, with a click-through to a dedicated workspace. The table option shows a list of invoices that you can action directly from the Dashboard.
4. Click "Save" and return to your dashboard. The widget may take a few moments to populate but once it does, you're ready to take action.
