Voice Intelligence

Overview

Voice Intelligence lets you initiate Zoom calls directly from Tesorio and automatically capture AI-powered insights from customer conversations. After each call, Tesorio processes the transcript to detect payment promises, assess conversation tone, generate action items, and trigger follow-up workflows.

Setup

  • Navigate to Profile settings β†’ Click Connect Zoom
    ​

  • Authorize Tesorio via Zoom

  • Critical: Enable cloud recording in your Zoom account settings (required for transcripts)

Calls use your Zoom account minutes/credits and follow your Zoom plan limits and pricing.

Initiate a Call

  • Open a Customer or Invoice drawer

  • Click the video camera icon in the customer info card
    ​

  • Zoom opens in new tab with join link copied to clipboard

  • Share the link with your customer

After the Call

Tesorio automatically captures and analyzes the full transcript and parses:

  • Call outcome: Resolved, partially resolved, unresolved, or escalated situations and promise to pay dates

  • Main takeaway: Transcription summary

  • Conversation tone: Cooperative, neutral, difficult, or hostile

  • Action items: Tasks for you or the customer

This information is visible for the user who initiated the call.

Triggers Actions :

  • Applies or updates promise-to-pay dates on invoices (auto or review mode)

  • Adds tags (e.g., "Dispute", "Escalation")

  • Creates follow-up tasks, referenced in the Meeting tab, as well as the Action Center

  • Drafts follow-up emails for review - requires Collections agent

Actions performed will appear in the drawer within the Timeline, with reference to the system having executed them, as well as a timestamp for reference.

View Results

Navigate to Customer/Invoice Drawer > Notes & Emails > Meetings. Each meeting shows: date, duration, status, AI summary with tone/outcome, action items, and full transcript link.


Requirements

  • Voice Intelligence must be turned on (contact Customer Success)

  • Business Zoom account (and above) plan

  • Cloud recording enabled on Zoom settings


FAQ

Meeting button disabled? Check Zoom connection in Profile settings or contact CSM about feature access.

No transcript appearing? Verify cloud recording is enabled (not just local). Wait 5-10 minutes for processing. Meeting must be at least 1 minute.

Can I edit AI summaries? No, but you can add manual notes, edit promise-to-pay dates, modify action items, and apply additional tags.

Multiple contacts? From invoice: calls invoice contact. From customer: calls primary contact. Update as needed to reach different people.
