Credit Memos created by your vendor can be applied to outstanding invoices in your Customer Portal. To do so, on the Pay section of the portal. When you select an invoice to pay, you'll be able to select the Apply Credit Memos button.
This will open up all your available credits and you can select the invoices you'd like to apply them to. The portal will only display credit memos that are eligible for the selected invoice. Select Apply Credits to apply.
When you apply the credits, you will be taken to a confirmation screen similar to a payment confirmation verifying the credit has been applied.
View Applied Credits
If credit memos are available to you in your customer portal, you will also be able to view any applied credits (whether you applied them or your vendor did) under the Credit Memos tab and download a PDF of the credit memo by selecting the download button.
Under the Applications tab you can view the details of applied credit memos by selecting the eye icon.
