Cash Application Requirements

  • Tesorio's Cash Application Module enabled

  • A connection to your bank

    • Plaid API integration (if available for your bank)

    • File transmission (BAI2 / CAMT53 / Lockbox / CSV) via SFTP or manual upload

      • Prior-day files are supported not intra-day

Cash Application Setup Steps

These are the steps required to get up and running on Cash Application in Tesorio with links to the relevant resources.

  1. Set up your bank transaction feed using the Plaid API or by working with your bank to establish an SFTP connection.

  2. NETSUITE ONLY: If you originally installed the Tesorio bundle for NetSuite prior to August 2022, you'll need to update your NetSuite SuiteBundle

  3. Update your Tesorio admin settings for Cash Application

  4. For Payment Portal users, update your settings (by subsidiary) to enable auto-sync

  5. Create or Update your team’s permission group so users have access to the Cash App module

  6. Begin applying and posting payments in Tesorio!
