Tesorio Administrators have the ability to control the Aging Buckets that users see within Tesorio. This includes the bucket thresholds as well as the color used to represent it.
Configure Aging Buckets
To configure aging bucket settings, navigate to Administration > Company > Aging Bucket Settings.
Tesorio has default colors and standard thresholds assigned to each bucket. You can modify the thresholds or change the colors by clicking into the chart color and selecting or entering a hex code.
Changes to the Aging Buckets will be updated throughout Tesorio, including your Workspaces, Dashboard, and Customer Statement (if using the Payment Portal). Here are some examples:
