Dashboard Widgets

The available widgets for the Tesorio Dashboard.

Updated this week

Widget Overview

Tesorio offers 16 widgets to configure and add to your Dashboard workspaces. When you add widgets you can filter them depending on the data set used to populate the widget. (e.g. If you are looking at invoices, you can filter by all the Tesorio Invoice Workspace Filters etc.)

Some widgets that contain columns allow you to select which columns you'd like to be visible and drag them to the preferred position just as you would in a Workspace. The widgets in this article will show out-of-the-box settings unless otherwise specified.

Add a Widget

To add a Widget to a Dashboard, select the + Add Widget button from your Dashboard and select the widget you'd like to add.

Be sure to name your widget something unique so that you know what data you are looking at without having to go back into the filter settings.

Available Widgets

AR Aging

View the breakdown of current open AR across your aging buckets.

Data options: Invoices or Customers

Display as: Chart or table

Filter by: Invoice and Customer Workspace filters.

Filter Tip: Filter by assignee or filter by your own unique customer tags to see the customer segment you care the most about.

AR Watchlist

Monitor the progress of important activities and accounts by adding key workspaces on the dashboard. Include invoices. This is a widget that allows you to view high level data on my Invoices Workspaces. Hovering over the donut shows you more detail or you can click into the workspace to view it. There are no filters available for this widget.

Activated Alerts

The Alerts dashboard widget will display any alerts you are following that have become activated. For more information on how to create and activate alerts, see this article.

Set conditions and 'trigger' thresholds for invoices, customers, bills, and vendors.

This widget displays activated alerts, so if you don't have any activated alerts, no alerts will display, not even the ones you are following.

At Risk Customers

View customers with aged invoices who need followup. Out of the box, this is filtered on customers who have aging profiles of 30+ days owing $100,000 or more. If you click to view all customers, it will open up a filtered workspace.

Filter Tip: Customize your target aging and the customer's aging balance, as well how long it's been with no activity from your collections team. Columns cannot be modified on this widget.

Collections Tracker

Track the amount collected during the selected period against your forecast and goal.

This widget does not come with preconfigured filters. You can set your own unique filters and goals.

For more details on how to configure this widget, see this article.

Cash Trends

Track the average days collected and customer terms over a period of time.

The Cash Trends widget helps you understand how your cash conversion is doing both at the current point in time and also historically. You can choose to view Cash Trends by Weeks, Months, or Quarters. For more detail on the data calculations used in this widget, see this article.

Collector Allocation

View a breakdown of customer, invoice and balance load by the assigned collector. Also, includes unassigned breakdown.

You can measure by invoice count, customer count, or invoice balance amount. Choose the collectors you want displayed on the widget and any filters you'd like to use.

Customer Collection Score

View the breakdown of your customers based on their customer score: great, good, poor, risk and new. Drill into the balance for each of the different score categories. Track your median customer score across all customers.

This widget can be displayed as an overall score gauge, or with a breakdown by category. For more information on what the categories mean, see this article.

Data Overview

View key AR data in summary or table form. This is your most versatile and powerful widget.

Data options:

  • Invoices

  • Customers

  • Tasks

  • Recommended Actions

  • Sales Orders

  • Credit Memos

  • AR Payments

Display as: Chart or table

Filter Tip: When you select a table view, be sure to filter down to something reasonable because otherwise you'll end up with several pages of data. Also be sure to add columns and rearrange them to see the data you need at a glance.

Touch Activity

View the percentage of touched invoices or customers, along with their balance amounts, to monitor activity or identify those requiring attention. Additionally, see the count of specific touch actions.

First define what you want a "Touch" to be:

  • Campaign Email sent

  • Manual email sent

  • Note added

  • Tag added or removed

  • Task added

  • Promise to pay added or edited

  • Company prediction added or edited

Select whether you want to view data on an Invoice or Customer level.

Select to measure by Count or Balance Amount

Select a rolling period of time and add your filters.

Missed Promise to Pay

View a table view of open invoices that have missed their customer promise to pay. Customize the invoice balance amount and span of time passed since the missed promise date to surface the most significant invoices for followup.

The default filters for this widget are all Missed promise to pay dates in an open status.

Notifications

View notifications filtered by your preferences.

Display: List or aggregate view

Filter Tip: Filtering by Type will allow you to only view notifications types that you want to see.

For example, if you wanted to see when you were mentioned in a note, you would select Type > Note Mention as your filter (See image).

Campaign Widgets

Sent Campaign Emails

View a list of queued and sent emails by campaign and step in a table format. Select the time period you want and filter to narrow down the sent campaign emails you want to view. You can also download the data into a CSV.

Deleted Campaign Emails

View a list of campaign emails that were queued but deleted. There are no filters available for this widget, but you can download the data into a CSV.

Email Stats by Campaign

View a monthly count of campaign emails based on status (approved and sent, queued and deleted, and auto sent) by campaign. There are no filters available for this widget, but you can download the data into a CSV.

Emails Sent - Campaigns vs. Manual

Track the monthly count of emails that are sent manually versus via a campaign.
