The Add Note When Invoice Tag Added workflow automatically adds a note to an invoice whenever a tag is applied. This ensures consistent documentation and improves visibility without requiring manual entry.

How It Works

  • You can optionally select one or more specific invoice tags that should trigger the automatic note.

  • If no tags are selected, the workflow will add a note whenever any tag is applied to an invoice.

Setup Steps

  1. Go to the Workflows Gallery.

  2. Find Add Note When Invoice Tag Added and click Use Workflow.

  3. Optionally select one or more tags that should trigger the note.

  4. Click Publish Workflow.

Notes

  • If you want the note to apply for all tags, simply leave the tag selection blank.
