Overview
The Add Note When Customer Tag Added workflow automatically adds a note to a customer whenever a tag is applied. This ensures consistent documentation and improves visibility without requiring manual entry.
How It Works
You can optionally select one or more specific customer tags that should trigger the automatic note.
If no tags are selected, the workflow will add a note whenever any tag is applied to a customer.
Setup Steps
Go to the Workflows Gallery.
Find Add Note When Customer Tag Added and click Use Workflow.
Optionally select one or more tags that should trigger the note.
Click Publish Workflow.
Notes
If you want the note to apply for all tags, simply leave the tag selection blank.
