Overview

Tesorio Pay brings the entire cash lifecycle into one ecosystem — from invoice to payment to reconciliation — with good rates, faster cash flow, and full visibility.

Tesorio Pay allows you to process customer payments directly through Tesorio's Payment Portal using our integrated payment processing partner's workflow. Once enabled and activated, payments can be routed through Tesorio Pay at your agreed-upon rate.

Step 1: Enable Tesorio Pay

Tesorio Pay must be enabled by your CSM before it can be activated and used.

If you are an existing Payment Portal customer using Stripe, Tesorio can seamlessly migrate your account to Tesorio Pay. Please inform your Customer Success Manager (CSM) so they can provide additional details.

Once enabled, Tesorio Pay becomes available for activation by navigating to Administration > Subsidiaries > Portal Settings > Payment Settings.

To begin the activation flow, select Configure under Tesorio Pay.

Enter your business’s phone number and industry. If you’re unclear about which Industry code to input, you can use this resource as a reference.

Click Start Onboarding to launch our partner’s secure, hosted onboarding flow. You’ll be prompted to enter business details required to establish your company as a legal entity on the payment rails.

The onboarding link is valid for 4 minutes. If it expires, you can easily generate a new link.

The onboarding workflow opens in a new browser tab and guides you step by step through the information needed to activate Tesorio Pay.
