Bug Fixes
Sage Intacct reversed payment applications are now excluded from the Customer Payments workspace. Tesorio was previously showing both the original payment and the reversal with a negative amount. Both records will now be excluded
At-Risk Customers widget (dashboard): corrected an issue which was incorrectly reporting total balance under the Past-due balance column
New Cash Trends widget (dashboard): corrected an issue where multiple payments for the same invoice was creating duplicate records in the calculation and creating inflated results.
Insights: Corrected the issue where the Customer Contacts widget was blank for some Tesorio Connect companies
Campaigns: Corrected the following issues that prevented users from:
loading the Block List
taking action in Tesorio in certain cases after opening emails in the Inbox
adding images to emails
being able to add file attachments on the campaign email edit screen
corrected an issue that caused CC and BCC recipients to be removed from campaign emails in certain cases if emails were edited during the approval process
Corrected an issue that prevented customers connecting to Salesforce via Oauth authentication from re-establishing their connection in certain cases
