Overview

Tesorio allows you to download workspace data ad-hoc or on a schedule. Scheduled workspace downloads allow users to export Tesorio data from a saved workspace automatically on a recurring schedule and provide two delivery options:

  • Email

  • SFTP

This functionality is available on the Invoices, Customers, Bill, Vendors, and Payments workspaces.

Download the Table Manually

Users can download a comma-separated value (.csv) file that reflects the columns and data being viewed on the workspace. This file allows you to create customized spreadsheets that match what you see on your screen. The column headers in the file match the column headers in the workspace.

From the Invoice, Customer, Bills, Vendor, or Payments workspaces, click the "Download Table" button to see a menu of options. Select Download Table.

You'll see a bar at the bottom of your screen, letting you know that the file is being prepared. You can continue to navigate through Tesorio, and a pop-up will appear when the file is available in your downloads.

Quick Tip: When opening the .csv in Excel, use UTF-8 to see any special characters.

Manual table downloads won't process if there are over 20,000 rows of data.

Schedule a Download

From the Invoice, Customer, Bills, Vendor, or Payments workspaces, click the "Download Table" button to see a menu of options, including "Schedule Download."

A workspace must be saved to be scheduled. If not, you will not see the Schedule Download option.

Click the Schedule Download option to open the schedule view.

Schedules can be set for a specific time of day on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence.

Scheduled table downloads won't process if there are over 200,000 rows of data.

Select Delivery Method

Once you've set your schedule, click "Select Delivery Method" to choose an email or SFTP delivery option.

Email Delivery

When choosing email, the drop-down will have all Tesorio users available to select from. Additional recipients, including non-Tesorio users, can be added to the distribution list by typing a valid email address.

The download is accessed via a link in the email. Please note that this link expires after ten days.

SFTP Delivery

Scheduled workspaces can also be delivered to an SFTP server/directory.

Tesorio can push scheduled workspaces to internal or externally hosted SFTP directories.

If you'd like Tesorio to host the SFTP, please contact your CSM. The Tesorio team will generate the internal SFTP server and securely share credentials with you to input into the system for authentication/connection.

By default, a Tesorio internal SFTP will be selected when scheduling your download.

Key Note: Scheduling SFTP delivery is not possible for read-only Bank SFTPs. The application will perform a check to validate that the server a User chooses is not, and will surface an error if it is.

If you elect to host the SFTP, you can authenticate in Tesorio by navigating to Administration > Integrations.

If you or another User created an Alias for the SFTP (configured within the SFTP section on the Integrations page), that Alias will be displayed within the scheduling drop-down instead of the specific Server address. To persist the server address, remove the Alias.

Once a schedule has been set for a workspace, a calendar icon will appear next to the workspace name and in the workspace menu.

To modify or delete a workspace schedule, click on the "Update Scheduled Download" link in the Downloads button menu
