New Features

  • SFTP Updates

    • Scheduled Workspaces: SFTP has now been added as a delivery option for exporting workspace downloads. You can learn more about Scheduled Workspaces and using SFTP here.

    • Non-bank SFTP Create option: The integrations page now allows customers to connect directly to an SFTP server, either Tesorio-generated or external.

      • Note: This connection flow is separate from the Bank-related SFTP process, which requires Bank credentials and has not been touched.

    • "Alias" SFTP now supports the addition of an "Alias" to make server options more user-friendly and reference-able throughout the application.

  • The Convert to Campaign action has been moved from the workspace admin drop-down to the "Actions" button on the Invoices workspace page.

  • "Bank Fees" updated for CashApp users. Specifically, when drafting a Bank fee from a payment on an applied invoice(s), that bank fee will utilize the original FX rate applied to the first payment. It used an FX rate applied from the day the fee was generated. We also stopped auto-populating the Memo field.

Bug Fixes

  • An issue where the converted_open_invoice_balance displayed on the Customer workspace but did not match the Customer details page, has been fixed.

  • The payments workflow has been updated to ensure that Users cannot apply Archived payments to invoices.

  • The download of Customer Statement PDFs has been optimized to perform better when being utilized by email templates containing a lot of Invoice_variables.

  • An issue preventing the Scheduled workspaces modal from displaying in specific scenarios has been corrected.

  • Certain CashApp users were experiencing problems with auto-matching due to count conflicts. This has been resolved.

  • An update has been made to better handle payment_information columns that were blocking CashApp auto-matching performance.
