Tesorio's email summarization is like having your own Accounts Receivables professional reviewing your emails and highlighting what's most important.
The email summary synthesizes the latest state of customer communication, highlights the reasons for delay, and identifies next steps (and who needs to take them).
AI-generated email summarization is now available within the Invoice, Bill, and Customer workspaces, on the "Notes & Emails" tab. Look for the Key Takeaways section.

Whenever an email thread is updated with new content, the AI summary regenerates
For better context, Tesorio includes the subject line of the email thread that is being summarized

Getting to the Email Summary
To view email summaries, go to any Invoice, Bill, or Customer workspace and open the sidebar ("drawer") detail view. Click the Notes & Emails tab, and then "Compose Email".
Note: Changes coming later in 2024 will position the email summarization "Key Takeaways" in a more prominent position on the Invoice information tab.
