As a program participant, you will:
Have access to powerful workflow capabilities not available to other customers
Will influence how product functionality will evolve
Will receive dedicated support from the product team
In exchange, Tesorio expects program participants to:
Use Tesorio AI features multiple times a week
Respond to in-app surveys for input on topics such as data accuracy, analysis capabilities, and other observations
Participate in occasional 1:1 sessions with the Tesorio product team for in-depth feedback
Note that if you choose to participate, Tesorio's AI functionality will become available for everyone in your organization.

Chat based analysis across all your customer, invoice, and customer payment data, including Tesorio objects like assignees and tags [currently available to select customers]
Highly customizable and downloadable visuals (charts, graphs, tables, etc.)
AI email reply from the Tesorio Inbox and Email manager
Streamline your email replies with an intelligent starting point based on previous messages
Further customize your responses with our directed, one-click regenerate options
AI email categorization and suggested actions [coming soon]
Manage your inbox easily with Tesorio's AI email categorization and email thread summary
Stay on top of your tasks with Tesorio's AI suggested actions
Additional functionality is in the works, with an emphasis on capabilities that bring information together for faster decision making, and recommended actions for increased automation of current workflows.

Tesorio's AI tools are powered by OpenAI. Tesorio considers OpenAI to be a subprocessor in accordance with our Third-Party Management Policy. We have reviewed their security and data privacy protocols to ensure they meet or exceed Tesorio's requirements.
While your data will be shared with OpenAI as part of using Tesorio AI-based tools, OpenAI does not train their model on the data provided.
