Slack User Authentication
Slack users must have a Tesorio account to pull data from Tesorio in Slack and authenticate to be able to interact with Tesorio from Slack
Step 1 Authenticate your Tesorio credentials in Slack
Your company's Slack workspace must be connected in Tesorio first.
In the Tesorio app, type one of the Tesorio commands used to pull Invoice or Customer information. A message to connect will appear:

Users will be directed to this screen to enter their Tesorio credentials:

Confirm connection:
Upon successful connection, Users will receive a confirmation in Tesorio and Slack:
Tesorio user authentication with their Slack account
This is not required to be able to share information from Tesorio to Slack.
Linking your Tesorio and Slack accounts will display your name instead of "Shared by Tesorio" when sharing Tesorio information to Slack
Step 1
In the user's profile page in Tesorio click "Connect"

Once selected, confirmation of credentials will validate that there is a matching email address associated with the connected Slack workspace with that of the User's authenticated login to Tesorio.
This confirmation message will display when the users are connected:
Note: If a User's company workspace is not connected, the authentication "Connect" flow will not be available. Instead, the following message will indicate the issue for the User.
