Company Email Settings are where you set your global email settings for your company. You decide how to send emails to your customers as well as how long your campaign emails should stay in queue before automatically deleting.
Overview
With Tesorio your dunning activity can be done directly from the system through email. You can choose whether you want a direct integration with your Gmail or Outlook or if you want to use the Tesorio Delivery Method, which sends emails from email@tesorio.com while masking the sender name as your company name and allows customers to respond to an email address you specify.

Configure Email Settings
To configure your global email settings for your company, navigate to Administration > Company > Company Email Settings.
If you choose to Connect your team email account(s), follow the instructions in Directly Connect Your Email to Tesorio. If you choose to use Tesorio Delivery, enter the email address you'd like client replies to go to.
Queued Email Expiration
Next configure the number of days a campaign email should sit in queue before being deleted. The default is 4 days. Ideally emails should not be in queue for very long because their relevance diminishes the longer they sit in queue. For more information, visit Review and Approve Campaign Emails.
