Enhancements
AR Aging Widget
The AR Aging widget has been updated with several improvements.
Color-coded % breakouts have been added as a reference point for balances above 5%.
In the widget subtitle, a User can now click a link that will direct them to a workspace configured with these aging filters.
This widget will now also support Customer-level Aging, not just Invoices.
The widget can now be re-configured as a table instead of a pie chart via the settings.
Users can access an ad-hoc .csv download button to export the information in table format directly from the widget.
Workspace Drawer Performance
Navigating between records in workspace drawers is now more seamless. Instead of reloading with a slide-in motion, the drawer remains in place while the content updates with a smooth transition. Additionally, the active tab state is preserved between records, allowing for a more consistent and efficient workflow.
Notes Enhancements - Edit & Pinned functions
Users can now edit notes when they are the original creator or if the note has been created within the previous day. Notes that are still not editable include Workday & Salesforce notes (which can not be pushed back to those systems).
Users can now pin notes. Pinned notes will appear at the top of a notes list. Multiple notes can be pinned at once. Pinned notes are a company-wide feature, meaning that if one person pins a note, it will be pinned for all people in the company.
Finally, the general formatting & layout of notes have been improved. Action buttons will now appear on hover, and the background of a note will also be hover-highlighted to allow for easier viewing.
Expanded Bulk Actions in the Action Center
Action Center now supports two new bulk actions: Status and Assignee. Additionally, bulk actions can now be performed across multiple selections on multiple pages, making managing and updating tasks easier.
New Workspaces Filter: Task Status
The Task Status field has been added to the Invoice, Customer, Bills, Vendors, and Credit Memos workspaces. Users can now filter records more efficiently by selecting from the following statuses: To Do, Working, and Done, providing better visibility and workflow management.
Campaign Email Configuration: Fall-back Option Settings
The Tesorio Delivery Option is now configurable as a user-managed setting within Company Email Settings. Previously, if an email campaign was configured to use a connected personal or team email account, and the connection to that account experienced an unexpected disconnection, Tesorio would default to sending emails out using the Tesorio Delivery Option as a fall-back option. This is now functionality a User can control.
Please note that if this option is disabled and the preferred delivery method experiences an unexpected disconnection, any emails that should have been queued/sent during that disconnection period will fail and not be recoverable/referenceable. Future enhancements will be made to handle these in a format where the customer can resolve the issue and re-send the emails.
Bugs
During last quarter’s email migration, the logic for defaulting to the previously used emailing method when sending emails from the drawer was inadvertently changed. As a result, users had to manually adjust the "FROM" field each time they sent a manual email. This has now been corrected, and the application will once again default to the last used emailing method for a smoother experience.
An issue has been fixed to ensure proper handling and formatting of plain text in email templates. HTML line breaks are now correctly applied, preventing text from appearing as a single unformatted block and ensuring emails render as expected.
Automation
A bug impacting the consistency of Cash Application auto-match has been resolved
Workday Specific: An issue has been resolved where newly imported records were not automatically assigned to an Assignee, even when the Assignee was set on the associated Customer record. The expected inheritance behavior has now been restored.
Performance
An issue that was impacting the loading of account creation pages for Time to Connect customers (T2C) has been fixed.
A bug has been fixed where users were required to perform a hard refresh when using the "Mark as Read" function in the Notification viewer. Records will automatically update without needing a hard refresh, providing a smoother user experience.
Workspace Filter
An issue has been resolved where the "No Assignee" filter was not functioning as expected. The filter is now working correctly, allowing users to filter records by whether or not they have an assignee.
Payment Portal
Recent updates to the Payment Portal allow contacts to access and be listed on multiple portals. Before these changes, there were existing error notifications where a customer would be given a message indicating an access issue (that now no longer exists). These error messages have been removed, and Users can navigate between payment portals to which they have been issued access via the customer switcher drop-down.
