Action Center Tasks

Overview

The Action Center allows you to simplify task management and enhance team collaboration by providing a centralized hub to create, assign, manage, and stay aligned across workflows. In the Action Center you can:

  • Create, assign, and manage tasks effortlessly

  • Filter, sort, and customize tasks

  • Collaborate in a centralized hub for teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient follow-ups.

Link tasks directly to Tesorio objects—like customers, invoices, and payments—for a connected and streamlined workflow across modules.

Access the Action Center

Access the Action Center by clicking on the blue check mark on the top right and selecting View All Tasks.

Create a Task

You can create Action Center tasks in two different ways:

  • Manually: by creating a task directly in the Action Center

  • Automated: Tasks can be created automatically if they are a step in your campaign process

Manual Task Creation

From anywhere in Tesorio, select the blue check mark at the top right of the screen and click + New Task.

Fill out the fields for this task.

  • Priority: Normal, High Priority, Urgent

  • Name: Be descriptive here so your assignees can tell what it is without having to click into it

  • Due Date

  • Assignees

  • Followers

  • Link to object: If there's a specific object you want them to follow up on, you can link it here (e.g. Vendor, Customer, Invoice, Bill, Credit Memo, Sales Order, Purchase Order).

Click Save when done.

Automated Task Creation

Tasks can also be created automatically if it's part of a campaign step. The fields to populate here are the same as in the manual task creation. With automated tasks in campaigns, you can have the assignee be the same assignee as the invoice/customer or assign someone new.

Automated tasks in Tesorio will show that they are created by "System."

Manage Tasks

You can manage tasks in the Action Center by using filtering and columns and then updating each task individually or in bulk.

Manage Tasks Workspace

You can filter outstanding tasks in the Action Center by Customer/Vendor, Invoice/Bill, Sales Order, Purchase Order, or Credit Memo.

You can also modify columns by selecting Manage Workspace to make these columns visible on your screen.

Bulk Update Tasks

Update your tasks in bulk by selecting the tasks you want to modify, and performing a bulk action on the status or assignee. You can also delete multiple tasks this way.
