Recoup some payment processing fees by configuring flat or percentage-based fees by payment method. Contact your customer success manager to enable surcharges and thresholds in your account.

Financial Care Center also allows for the setting of thresholds for when a surcharge is applied to a customer paying an invoice. For instance a threshold of $1000 can be set and only invoices paid above that threshold will include the threshold surcharge.

Tesorio can automatically create a second drafted payment for the amount of the surcharge and sync it to NetSuite along with the invoice payment.

To use this feature, it needs to be enabled for your account. Please contact your CSM.

The second drafted payment will use the same default portal settings - GL account, department, etc. It will NOT be applied to an invoice and it will sync as an unapplied customer payment.
