Enhancements

Tag Attachments for Campaign Use

Users can now “tag” attachments that are saved in Drawers, Inbox, or Email Managers.

This allows those attachments to be used via email templates where they will be attached if the template specifies to attach documents containing that tag.

Search and Filter Notifications

Notifications can be filtered and searched. Notifications widget is available on the Dashboard

Notifications can be filtered and searched by Actor, Date, Type, and Read Status along with the respective tags for Invoices, Customers, Vendors, and Bills.

CAM53 Bank File Improvements

Tesorio’s CAM53 file now has a debits field in the description and included dates fields to better accommodate specific bank requirements.

Slack-specific Improvements

The “Share to Slack” workflow has been updated. If an administrator has not connected their company Slack workspace to Tesorio, Users will see a “Connect to Share” message in place of the Slack icon in the Customer drawer (mirroring existing Invoice drawer functionality). This also contains a tool-tip indicating the action that needs to be taken for use.

The Slack share dropdown has been updated to be more concise and performant. The dropdown will show 3 contacts max as it is also a searchable field.

When sending information to a user with Tesorio credentials, their profile picture will display next to their name in the Share drop-down. Users without Tesorio credentials will display with a Tesorio icon as the image.

“Share to Slack” now also supports sharing to private slack channels

Bugs Resolved

  • Payment statuses weren’t updating due to the absence of a saved Stripe ID. Payment statuses have been updated and Tesorio backfilled relevant historical payments

  • Certain email templates were causing an error when users attempted to utilize manual emails

  • Some users were not able to connect their Tesorio user to Slack

  • Large customer Excel statement files were not loading correctly after a system update

  • URLs in Statements utilizing the “Latest Note” field were not text wrapping and impacting adjacent fields

  • Tesorio Connect invoice files with tags were resetting manually-created tags with next file import
